The Bangladesh Police has transferred 136 inspectors in two phases, according to separate official orders.

The transfers were made through two notifications signed by Additional Deputy Inspector General (Additional DIG) Abdullah Al Zahir of the Police Headquarters’ Personal Management Branch on Wednesday, November 26.

One order covers the transfer of 73 inspectors, while the other lists 63 inspectors.

The notifications state that the transferred officers must join their new postings by Saturday (November 29). If any of the officers had previously received another transfer order that earlier order will be treated as cancelled.
