Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman, during a four-district campaign tour, said his party envisions a Bangladesh where both men and women have access to dignified employment and equal justice.

Addressing election rallies in Kushtia, Chuadanga, Meherpur and Jhenaidah, he emphasized youth empowerment, job-oriented education and strict accountability of public representatives. He stated that unemployment should be addressed through meaningful work, not handouts.

Dr. Rahman also pledged to fight corruption, extortion and abuse of power, calling on voters to safeguard polling centers on election day. He said the upcoming election would reflect the people’s verdict against failed and oppressive politics, aiming to establish justice and integrity in governance.
