Embodying the spirit of sacrifice, compassion, and humanity that defines Eid-ul-Adha, Mastul Foundation has once again extended its support to vulnerable communities both at home and abroad. Alongside its nationwide Qurbani initiatives in Bangladesh, the organization is implementing special humanitarian programs for families affected by the ongoing crises in Gaza and Sudan.
Running from May 28, 2026, through the third day of Eid, the initiative aims to distribute Qurbani meat to approximately 50,000 people across Bangladesh, Gaza, and Sudan. As part of its commitment to supporting communities affected by conflict and hardship.
MASTUL Foundation has undertaken a dedicated effort to provide Qurbani meat and emergency humanitarian assistance to people in war-torn Gaza and crisis-stricken Sudan. Through this initiative, the organization seeks to ease the suffering of vulnerable families and bring a sense of joy and dignity during the blessed occasion of Eid-ul-Adha.
Distribution activities are already underway in several major shelter and displacement camps, including Jabalia Camp, Rafah Camp, Khan Younis Camp, Nuseirat Camp, Deir al-Balah Camp, and the temporary Al-Arish Camp near the Egypt-Gaza border. Through international partnerships, MASTUL Foundation is ensuring that Qurbani donations reach those most in need with transparency, efficiency, and accountability. The organization is also regularly sharing updates, photos, and videos of its Qurbani and relief operations in Gaza through its official social media channels, offering direct insight into the impact of these humanitarian efforts.
Within Bangladesh, Qurbani activities are being conducted across 36 districts, including the capital city of Dhaka. The program prioritizes underserved, remote, disaster-prone, and hard-to-reach communities, including char (river island) areas and rural regions. Special attention is also being given to orphanages, elderly care homes, madrasas, flood-affected communities, and low-income families.
This year’s operations have been carried out in districts including Cox’s Bazar, Kishoreganj, Kurigram, Cumilla, Khulna, Chattogram, Chapainawabganj, Joypurhat, Tangail, Thakurgaon, Dinajpur, Natore, Nilphamari, Panchagarh, Patuakhali, Pirojpur, Faridpur, Feni, Bogura, Barguna, Barishal, Brahmanbaria, Mymensingh, Jashore, Rangpur, Rajshahi, Rajbari, Lakshmipur, Lalmonirhat, Sherpur, Satkhira, Sylhet, and several other regions across the country.
Kazi Reaz Rahman, Founder and Executive Director of MASTUL Foundation, said: “All of our efforts are dedicated to seeking the pleasure of Almighty Allah. The true essence of Qurbani lies in sacrifice and standing beside those in need. We believe that wherever people are suffering from hunger, conflict, or humanitarian crises, it is our responsibility to extend support. Through this year’s initiative, we have sought to share the joy of Eid with thousands of families across Bangladesh, Gaza, and Sudan.”
He added:“Humanitarian assistance is not a seasonal effort; it is a continuous responsibility. Alongside our Qurbani programs, we are also working on long-term initiatives focused on the education of orphaned children in Gaza, support for widowed women, and the rehabilitation of families affected by conflict and displacement.”
Through this spirit of compassion and solidarity, Mastul Foundation once again demonstrates that the true beauty of Eid lies in sharing its blessings with others, especially those facing the greatest hardships.
