Habib Rahman, a senior reporter of Ekattor TV was injured when protester attacked him while covering news.

This happened today at Rampura - Badda when protesters of quota reform movement which turned into anti government movement now took position in road.

From the morning thousands of protesters participated in their programs from various educational institutions along with general people. Habib Rahman was there for covering the event in Rampura. Around 1:00 p.m. some of the angry protesters vandalized the car of Ekattar TV.

They surrounded Habib Rahman and started abusing and threatening to kill him. At one point disorderly protesters hit Habib Rahman with stick which seriously injured him.
