The government has set 9:00 am to 3:30 pm as the office hours during the holy month of Ramadan.

A notification in this regard was issued by the Ministry of Public Administration on Monday (February 24).

According to the notification, considering the timing of Sehri and Iftar in the Hijri year 1446 (2025), office hours for all government, semi-government, autonomous, and semi-autonomous organizations have been adjusted.

As per the new schedule, offices will start at 9:00 am and end at 3:30 pm from Sunday to Thursday. There will be a prayer break from 1:15 pm to 1:30 pm. The weekly holidays will remain on Friday and Saturday.

However, the Supreme Court, banks and other financial institutions will be free to decide their working hours.
